WHAT’S THE APPLICATION PROCESS?
WHAT ABOUT A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
The security deposit is typically one month’s rent, due prior to move-in.
DOES MY RENT INCLUDE UTILITIES?
Rent includes gas, water, sewer, and wireless internet. It does not include phone, electric, or cable television.
HOW LONG IS MY LEASE?

ARE FURNISHED APARTMENTS AVAILABLE?

WHO WILL I CALL ABOUT MAINTENANCE OR BILLING?
Tenants will contact CWD Real Estate Investment Company, a reputable, local property management firm. They can by reached by phone at (616) 726-1700 or by e-mail at email@example.com.
WHAT ABOUT PARKING?
Yes. Parking is available on-site through the City of Grand Rapids. Call Parking Services at (616) 456-3290 or visit grcity.us/enterprise-services/Parking-Services/ for more information. The Gallery staff will also be happy to coordinate your parking reservation.
WHERE CAN I DO MY LAUNDRY?
Each apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer.
IS THERE A FITNESS AREA?
Yes. You’ll have free access to a private fitness center equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, weights, televisions, and more.
IS THERE A ROOFTOP DECK?
Yes. In addition to top-of-the-city views, the residents-only deck has a fire pit, grill, lounge areas, televisions, and wireless internet
WILL MY APARTMENT BE QUIET?
Every possible step (such as double walls and thick, concrete floors) has been taken to make sure your apartment is private and quiet.
IS IT AIR CONDITIONED?
Each unit is equipped with central air.
CAN I SMOKE IN MY APARTMENT?
The entire building is non-smoking.
WHAT SAFETY FEATURES ARE INCLUDED?
We’ve gone to great lengths to create a safe environment. The apartment building is accessed only by electronic key fob and has private resident elevators.
ARE CATS AND DOGS ALLOWED?
